Sounds like she is in major denial.
From my experiences, someone with severe denial usually has deep seeded issues and will never change their ways.
It sounds like she needs a friend, not an enemy.
I am going thru the same thing with a woman at my job, but there is no way I can pretend I am her friend she is just too nuts for me. I stay away from her, and the best part is that she needs no help in seeming crazy to everyone else. She takes that into her own hands, and I just get to sit and laugh.

1. depression is actually a mental disease, seesh, you should listen in health class
2. girls can't be gay, only lesbian or gay as in happy
