You really should tell us what language and what tools you are using. My best guess is that it appears to execute an instruction twice, but in reality the program code and source files are out of sync. Try rebuilding the entire program.

The runtime is executing the statement twice. I cannot tell you why because i don't have the code. This must be a logical error.
