Go to a store that sells old jukeboxes in your area, Ask them who restored them into working condition for them. This person will probably repair it for you. I'm not sure you can get him to give up his supply source, If you have a vintage one, as I do, I'm willing to pay the man to keep it in working order, You maybe should ask your question in Hobbies and Crafts to get a better answer than you are getting here.

Actually I am not familiar with older models of jukeboxes but would suggest you try ebay. I have found things there that I couldnt find anywhere else.
