Who makes the best bra for a size 32B? I have a hard time finding one that size...

Victoria's Secret can pretty much custom order a bra in your size, but I wouldn't think you'd need to. I've seen that size in there before.
Sometimes stores that don't specialize in bras/undergarments don't really have a very good selection. Try VS. I love them.
