Yes. It was extremely sad and just shows what can happen to somebody under controlled conditions. The photographic evidence comparing the before and after showed how much her shape had changed. She looked so ill and emaciated at the end of the 30 days. I am glad that she was able to return to her previous shape and eat normally again, with hopefully no adverse effects. Women should not allow themselves to follow the fashion world in this way. Louise's husband admitted that he did not like women to be so thin - I am sure that he is not alone in this. The fashion world needs to understand that they cannot dictate size 0 - it is unhealthy and dangerous.

I thought it was sad that the narrator called her 'curvy' when she's only a size 8.

I respect her for trying to show people how daft it is to try to be that small but thought the whole point was kind of lost as she isn't exactly the size of an average woman so it wasn't like she had to lose too much weight.

She's tiny herself (although by the sounds of it that's because she's always running around after her little boy who she claims can be quite naughty, bless), to me it'd have been more shocking with a larger lady.

There was a similar show on BBC a week or two back and it was a size 12 woman (hardly obese but closer to the size of an average woman in the UK) and she did practically the same thing (even had that annoying bootcamp guy shouting at her, man I'd kick the living daylights out of him if he came near me!) but it didn't get any publicity. She was funnier and I felt I could relate to her more. It was just as dramatic and shocking but she wasn't as strict with herself as Louise was, she broke the rules whereas Louise stuck to her regime.

I trust you, this programme sent out the incorrect message, she replaced into basically a length 8 first of all (which a lot of human beings classification as underweight besides) and he or she and her husband have been attempting to make out she is curvy, she replaced into skinny first of all so does not have plenty problem getting to a length 4, she could have very small hips to in good condition in length 8 outfits, she cerytainly ain't curvy, now Marilyn Manroe replaced into curvy, i'm a length 10/12 myself yet actual won't be able to in good condition into length 8 outfits as my hips won't in good condition, by using asserting she's curvy she is giving the effect to vunerable human beings the two with an eating sickness or persons that are a length 10 or above that they could be massive, and that i additionally felt that at situations she wasn't taking it as heavily as she could have been, as she replaced into seen each and every so often smirking whilst the same old practitioner replaced into informing her of the horrendus effects it somewhat is a results of undereating, its not something to grin approximately, Denise Van outen(who featured for a quick time on the programme) could have been a greater appropriate candidate, along with her womanly curvy discern yet i assume they theory as Louise replaced into so skinny first of all she'd be waiting to get all the way down to a length 0 interior the month no subject, influencing vunerable human beings(some above a length 8 and a few with previous eating issues) who're nervous approximately their length to crash weight loss application and in the event that they don't seem to be a length 0 interior the month they could possibly get the thought they could be obese and so panic, that could then bring about extreme implications, this prepare replaced into fairly irresponible, this concern desires to be addressed greater sensitivelly!

i saw it, its quite scary what that sort of weight loss can do to your body.

whats even scarier is that some websites that promote anorexia are using it as inspiration and have taken tips on how to lose weight from it.
