You've been and had a "number 2" and it gives you a glow/makes you feel good!

Does anyone else get what I mean by this?
Do you get it when you go?

(possibly a very male thing I've picked up, my bf, my ex and my housemate agree on this point!)

XxX

YES!
Well it depends on, urm, how... I cant say that here!

In fact I'm glowing at this moment in time! Can't say the same for the toilet I just left tho...
Sometimes it can last for hours!

This really depends on the constitution of the number 2. If I've had a hot curry the night before, this can sometimes lead to a 'Ring Of Fire' effect that normally requires greater concentration and a concerted effort to shift the number 2, requiring a puffing of the cheeks (both on the face and the posteria) thus resulting in the glow effect you mentioned. However, following a non chilli meal, the effort required is minimal and thus a more relaxed number 2 can be enjoyed and no glow effect is induced.
So in answer to your question, the poo glow is normally a result of the ring of fire effect brought on by spicy food.

Yea, if you've got a nice firm stool which you let out slowly, hearing all the gas come out, and it comes out as one long log leaving no sticky residue behind so it needs only minimal wiping. Yea, that feels great, feels empty down there. Unfortunately most of my poos are not like that.

I understand too! when you've got to go you've got to go and the feeling of relief is sometimes so overwhelming it does make you feel a lot better!

I think its the slight adrenalin/endorphine rush you might get. Its like the rush you get from excerise - the pushing/tensing/squeezing and yelling of "get out of me you big pooh!" that most people do that gets the blood pumping.

Or it just me that does that yelling?

No you definately are'nt alone on this its just that most girls won't admit to it. For me it depends on whether its a clean clip or not, having to rub yourself stupid to not get skids just spoils the moment.
