either can take about a week - go to the post office and the clerk at the desk will send it off for you. but either way you'll have to complete a form anbd get the photos signed by a lawyer or someone to verify it is you. post office holds both forms.

Well proof of ID is the easiest but then again they are not the most reliable forms of ID, hence why not all pubs/clubs accept them. So go for passport or provisional drivers license, though I think the drivers license would be cheaper to apply for!! And would be quicker to apply for!!

It all depends on where you live in the world, but in Australia, the Proof of Age ID is easier, all you need for that is a Medicare card, birth certificate and Bank ATM card.
