I'm not sure about how similar you mean to Chobits, but I suppose "Midori Days" is somewhere in the vacinity of that you could like.

I agree with Midori days or Midori no hibi..but i was wondering do u like romantc comedy animes???
well there are loads in this category....check ranma 1/2..u might like it....and yes Onegai teacher as well.
