I mean really...does the NBA need to have over 30 teams? I realize different cities want a franchise to root for, and to call their own... but is it me, or does this cheapen the quality of your average professional ball player? the NBA is supposed to be the ultimate level...made for the elite player only. these days we have overseas players coming in with no fear, and we can't even seem to win a gold medal anymore. if too many cooks can spoil the broth... the proverbial NBA broth is starting to taste like slop!

please..NO more teams needed...if anything the league needs to be smaller..24 teams..it would reduce the # of 'unskilled' players..cut the travel... 2 12 team 'leagues'..no trips out of the 2 east/west conferences.. to renew the old rivalrys where you played the teams in you own conference 4 times..make the D league a real minor league..maybe it would keep all these young unskilled players in highschool/college or in europe..I hate the new age NBA, take away the dancers/mascots/blaring music/7.50 beer...
the 'cup' dribble..the 'poopoo in my diapers' shorts...5 or 6 assistant coaches.. to say nothing of the lousy team play you have to watch..

No more teams please. NBA need to fix up their ranking system for the playoff. It is still a mess in my opinion. I want to see a great Final and two great conference finals. Also with more teams mean that we may need more games in a season, which really will hurt the players and any chance for good players to go to the Olympics or World Championship. How can US win that way when they already worn out their best players?

No, for inspite of reason that rumor were given began that is thoroughly baseless. The league isn't searching to develop, maximum of those rumors began flying because OKC were given the sonics, and Seattle replaced into hoping to get yet another crew contained in the close to destiny. it truly is that if Seattle is able to construct a state-of-the-artwork progression and a crew is keen to bypass there, from what i heard on ESPN this morning the Memphis and the owner are lack of life to eliminate the grizzlies.

Here's where Kansas City and Las Vegas deserve a team knowing that both cities can use some more Revenue to the local Economy, and the NHL's Pittsburgh Penguins are Visiting Both places so they might share with them.

No. Fan showings are pathetic right now. Lots of tickets being sold to corporate sponsors. Overall fan interest in NBA has declined over the past few years. They are better off to relocate teams than adding new ones.
