try to know things more about nature, human body and don't mug up please. mugging up will not help you in future. discuss about bio with your friends..don't try to mug up....see being doctor is simple too hard. you need to have concentration..don't mug up...im repeating don't mug up cuz almost everyone mug up. try reading about articles on bio on internet . why waste time in mailing, chatting, watching t.v.? study hard.

Firstly, work very very hard if you are bent on becoming a Doctor (it is also in public interest that only brilliant ones become doctors ;-).
There is enough time for you from now on. And dont get disillusioned if it does not work out (because there are lot of allied fields open). Medical field is so vast that being a physician or a surgeon is not the only option.

Read more biology. You can get more information about biological topics from www.wikipedia.org . I am doing Bioinformatics and I have never studied Biology. It's too early to say anything. Study hard and it depends on many factors whether you become a Doctor or not.
