I don't know if there's an outright ranking on this, but here are two things you can do:
1) Ask the accounting department chairpersons of universities you are interested in what that school's CPA exam first-time pass rate is. The higher the better, and if they say they don't know or don't keep up with this, then that is also an indicator. Your state's society of CPAs may keep such info.
2) Ask the placement offices at the same colleges what employers recruit on campus for their accounting majors. If major accounting firms regularly recruit there, then it's likely a good program.
