exactly what the guy on top of me said, the game is a couple of gigabytes

You can't. The game is huge. It's just like asking "Where can I steal a real school bus. But it has to fit in my backpack".

The game has a gigantic city, and several streaming radio stations.

The game is several Gigabytes big. There is no way to get it to 10-20 MB.

Why do you need it in a 10-20 MB Limit?
