Is SPF a load of crap? Please don't tell me I am not putting enough on. I put it on two to three times per day. I am also not going in the sun. Supposedly my skin should be wrinkle free? Where are the promises made to me that I learned when I was a teenager that if i did all this stuff my skin would be fabulous? What a steaming pile of you know what.

Your skin quality comes from genetics. Sure, you can further damage it by being in the Sun, but staying out of the Sun does not guarantee you great, wrinkle free skin.

Collagen is what keeps our skin looking fresh and smooth.

If it's really bothering you, you can go in for laser treatments. They actually burn off the epidermis (top layer of skin) and this causes the skin to grow back with more collagen; making it look several years younger.

There are also botox injections. The same bacteria that can kill us if ingested paralyses the muscles in a localized area. These muscle won't move even when, for example, you're making a scowling face. Only down side is it lasts for about 3 months typically.

Well, the sun is the #1 cause of aging, no doubt. 90% of aging is caused by our environment, sun, skin care, etc. Only 10% is from naturally growing old. Staying out of the sun and using the proper skin care will help you dramatically. You actually want to stick with an SPF of 8. Anything more or higher has been shown to be too irritating on a daily use. Your skin can still look fabulous, don't worry. I'm 27 and I, along with all of the other women in my family (mother, aunts, cousins, grandmother) use Arbonne.

Their revolutionary NutriMinC Re9 Anti-Aging system is specifically formulated to reduce the affects of sun damage, decrease fine lines and wrinkles, while it works to combat the visual signs of aging. The system consists of products that contain natural collagens, giving your skin a natural lift. They're all botanically based, pure, safe, beneficial, hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, formulated without the ingredients listed above. They're unlike any others on the market with all 9 KEY anti-aging elements, giving you maximum benefit. Their products are also formulated with nanosphere technology which makes them beneficial for all skin types and adjusts to your skins specific needs by applying more moisture in dry areas and less is oily areas. Research shows that 6 months continued use of this system will give a 68% decrease in DEEP density lines and wrinkles; however I started to notice results within a week or two. Take a look at some of the before and after results below.

If you're open to trying a free sample, I'll be happy to send you one. Good luck.

SPF is to prevent wrinkles from the sun, not from aging. Try using an Oil of Olay product for this purpose. A nightly moisturizer helps alot too.

SPF CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH - THE BEST CURE, TREATMENT TO DIMINISH AND OR PREVENT NEW LINES , WRINKLES, SKIN AGING is one that does remarkably do this and I found by chance when researching for 20+ years natural treatments for my own and others´ countless skin disorders and conditions. It´s a safe, natural treatment that remarkably prevents and diminishes wrinkles and also gets rid of circles, age spots, disclorations.etc. It's so simple that many are skeptical, but try it and see the results yourself. Firstly, apart from sun damage, many of us harm skin, bring about disorders, and skin aging by using soaps and cleaners and use of countless other products with harsh chemicals and constant washing. Much of tap water also harms (do your own GOOGLE search : "Soaps, shampoos harm skin?" and "tap water harmful?".) You will see that shampoos are particularly bad and of course they come in contact with facial skin. By just stopping using them, or using natural mild cleaners and shampoos the skin starts to heal and premature aging is halted. To return skin to total health, replenish with a revitalizing natural pure oil - vitamin E , coconut, flax-seed oils are good and massage entire face (and neck if needs it) preferably daily, quite strongly and firmly (***that is the key to it working), particularly in wrinkled and lined areas - but be gentle where circles are (you simply take more time in sensitive areas). That will hasten a new, healthy, clear and TIGHTER skin to emerge. Some skin clinics say only massage gently, but in 20 years I have found strong massage only beneficial. Perhaps initially the massage may cause some reactions - so stop or do less strongly then resume when you can - You have to find the pace that works for you. You will see results almost immediately, skin will clear up if you have any disorders and It will develop a healthy tone and lines and wrinkles will diminish - see results in about a week or more but better ones over a period of weeks. You will soon be getting comments that you have an amazingly blemish free skin, that you are looking healthier, years younger. AND expect to be constantly asked "What is your secret? Try it, you will be happy that you did.(see my Best Answers for similar questions)

Wrinkles are a fact of life. You can get them from laughing, from smiling, from frowning...just from life. What the SPF helps is sun/age spots and skin cancer
