you would get hauled off to jail. Sorry. your girl has to wait annother year yet. The legal age is 16, and to be honest that is the lowest age when anyone is mentally mature enough to go as far as this. You can do other things, but don't pressure her into anything else, and even if she wants to, don't do it. If she gets pregnant then you would be in a lot of trouble, and even if she didn't get pregnant but her parents found out or teachers or anyone else then they could have you arrested. It really is best for her if she waits untill she is at least 16. If you are ready for more, and can't hold on for her, then I would suggest that she is too young for you, and you should break up with her gently, and find yourself a girl who is of a legal age and then get to know that girl properly first. How ever if you love your girlfriend then I'm sure that you can wait for her for a year.I Hope that this helps.

I was fifteen and my first was seventeen. I don't think there is much of an age difference there. This could go either way. I ended up marrying this same guy and we've been together since 1994 and married since 1997. You have to be very careful and make sure that you are ready for whatever happens. Use a condom and make sure she is on birth control because you are BOTH to young to be parents. And just when you think that won't happen to you, THAT WILL happen to YOU! So just be very careful. I hate to tell you not to do it because quite honestly those were the best years of our lives! Just the freeness of being able to do it wherever you want. Lol! Just be careful and most of all make sure that this is what she wants as well. Just because you are her boyfriend, if this would be her first time, don't just assume that she wants you to be her first.

You are so foolish. If you care anything about her at all, or the next girl, you will
wait till marriage. You could wind up with a gift you don't want--a baby, STD, or
feeling shame. What's the matter with you she's 15. You have no business thinking about this now or wanting to do "it". Wait till you are a man &
married--and give yourself to your bride for the first time ever.
Yes, you should be hauled off to jail.

Not only could you be hauled into jail, but you will also be put on the sex offender's register. Also, if your asking silly questions like this, your too immature to be "doing it" with your girlfriend anyway.

I know a guy who is on the sex offenders register by doing this he went on to marry his childhood sweet heart yet still can`t work with kids. I think some girls are grown up at 15 and although it isn`t really bad in my eyes as long as you are a similar age it is against the law. Hay you got years of sex ahead just wait Ps I have a daughter and hope people understand the message I have said

Yes! D-Man? Can you listen from someone who has a Daughter? I've got knowledge about how life is. You don't need to mess up this Young Lady. It may be what others are telling you to do? But their lives aren't better for it. And yours won't be either. Wait. Wait until you both become Adults. Then? She'll thank you, for RESPECTING HER. And you'll be pround that you were thinking like an Adult? Even before you have become one. Good Luck! There's much better ways to share your feelings with someone. I wish you luck on this.

This is a difficult subject - as you are older, you would be charged if she decided to report you. If you were both underage, it would be a different matter.
I suppose the legal answer would be "not to". If you plan to do it anyway, just make sure you are both "ready" and really want it. If you have been together for a while and love and trust eachother it may be what she want.
Good luck.

Depends if anyone rats on you. A friend of mine was in exactly the same situation as you and he got away with it. But you've kind of announced it now, so maybe you should wait a while. I know a year is a long time, but hey, there's always the old sex alternatives that teenagers tend to use. You know what I mean, don't pretend you don't!!
