No, bad people and good people can not be equal.
It is the error done by a person that makes him different from other persons who have not done the error.
Love the person and avoid the error.
Read the verses from the Holy Bible
Mat 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
Luk 6:35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and [to] the evil.
Jesus Christ died for our sins as he loves and wants everyone of us to be good people as per Gods will.
If you believe in Jesus Christ of Nazareth as your Lord and Saviour in your life God will gift you everlasting life.
Jesus Christ will clean your heart and mind to become a good person in your life.
Read the verses from the Holy Bible
Jhn 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
1Jo 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
1Jo 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1Jo 1:10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
1Jo 2:16 For all that [is] in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Mat 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
God want us to repent and do away with our wrong ways. Live according to the Heavenly Fathers will for you.
May God bless you and reveal his will in you. In Jesus name. Amen.

Insufficient data.
You have neglected to make mention of what scale you are asking whether people are equal ON.
The initial statement furthermore has no connection to the question.
People are not equal on any individual basis. Everyone is unique when accounted for as a whole, and therefore absolute equality is impossible.
Oh, and there are no such things as "Good" or "Bad" people. Both these concepts are figments of societal delusion.

He'd died before the birth of ALL so-called "bad"people living nowadays. So he didn't paid for their sins. Or did he died for all people that would live on the Earth?? Did he die "in advance"??? Maybe he did. But....
.......... there are no GOOD or BAD people. Or U consider yourself to be a good one??

Every human person is unique yet fundamentally equal. Sin must never be used to distinguish people from each other. God will be the one to judge us when we die.

This is a good question but the answers above are confusing. Justice should make difference between what is good and what is evil.
