Besides the obvious reason that you are not physically attracted to a woman - what are the other reasons you might turn down an fwb offer from a woman you that you are obviously attracted to??

Edit: Some people want more than a physical relationship and although one may be physically attracted to a person, they won't persue any sort of relationship unless they feel emotionally attracted as well.
I do at least... must be the reason why I spend loooong periods of time between any relationships...
