Not sure what your question is, but after losing the weight, you need to do sit ups or some other stomach exercises to tone up. Try investing in an ab lounge or something similar.

Ok, the six-pack, one of the most desired and sought after parts of the human body. How do actors like Brad Pitt in the movie “Troy” and Linda Hamilton in the “Terminator” get abs like that?

Seeing their abs makes us all want to hit the floor and do sit ups for hours. Unfortunately, that will only result in an achy back and neck. So, how does the average Joe develop abs that look great without an actors’ income? The secret lies in knowledge and technique. Before working out the abs one should have a basic understanding of the abs and how they function.

Abs 101: The abdominal wall is made up of 4 muscle groups. Each group has a specific function and believe it or not there is a recommended order in which the abs should be trained. When training the entire set of abdominal muscles in one workout the muscles are best trained from the bottom up. Always begin with the lower portion of the abs focusing on exercises that involve movement of the legs and stabilization of the upper body. Then progress to rotational exercises. Rotational exercises will hit the obliques ultimately toning up the “love handle” region. Complete your routine with upper body flexion exercises such as basic floor sit-ups. This style of training follows the chain of optimal neurological progression which results in fatigue of the smaller muscle fibers first allowing optimal results and a stronger core.

Below is a table that includes all of the muscles that make up the abdominals, a brief description of their functions and the best order to train them in.

I am not sure what to do about that either. I think what you have though is loose skin especially if you have lost alot of weight. You may have to see a doctor to find out if that's exactly what it is & if you can afford it (or it's paid for) have the excess removed.
