Everytime I send anything to print it keeps printing one particular page no mater what I send nothing else will print so i've got loads and loads of the same thing, how do I cancel all printing jobs? I've tried switching it on and off but the printing just continues when its back on. Any ideas?

Thank you kindly

Go to start- controll panell , click on printers & other hardware, then click printers & faxes then double click on your printer to open it up then click the printer tab then click cancell all documents. That should clear you up. Hope it helps.

Go to Start menu/Printers & faxes

Double click your printer to open up the print queue and from the "printer" menu select "Cancel all documents"

This should clear your printer

Go to START - RUN - type service.msc to launch the services screen.

Here, find print Spooler - Right Click - Properties - Recovery - Subsequent failures - set it as restart

Now, restart your printer again I think it should fix

Good luck

Is it a network printer ?
Delete all the print jobs from queue.
Switch off all the computers and printers everything together.
Leave it in off condition for 5 minutes.
And then try.....

If not OK then dis-install all the printer driver from all the PC and server.
Switch off everything.
Reinstall and configure printers.
Switch on the printer.
And then try ........

All the best !

OH GOD, YOU MUST HAVE THAT "9 TO 5" EPISODE IN THE MOVIE WITH THE COPIER. NOT FUN. DID YOUR PRINTER COME WITH A PROGRAM DISC? I WOULD DISCONNECT EVERYTHING AND DO KEEP IN MIND, YOUR PRINTER COPIES CAN BE TRACED. I WOULD CHECK FOR A VIRUS AND SCAN IN SAFE MODE AND THEN REINSTALL THE ENTIRE PRINTER. SOMETHING IS SENDING A MALFUNCTION CODE OR ERROR TO THE PAGE COPY SYSTEM. TRY THIS AND REMEMBER DISCONNECT IT ALL! THEN RECONNECT AND CHECK YOUR PRINTER SETTINGS TOO. IF NOT, TRY YOUR PLACE WHERE YOU BOUGHT YOUR PRINTER.
