Kittens do have baby teeth, just ask a vet or someone that actually pays attention to their kitty. Their baby teeth start falling out between 3-6 months old. Most if not all of the teeth are swallowed by the kitten. You may not notice it the teeth fall out because their adult teeth are growing into the empty spot.

Anywhere from 3-6 months they'll lose their baby teeth. Most times you never see them...they get swallowewd by the kitten.

My vet told me they lose their baby teeth at around 4 months. Most are swallowed, so you probably won't see them lying about the place.
