I work hard, eat well with lots of fresh fruit, take exercise 5 days a week, drink little, don't smoke, have never taken drugs and live with a loving wife and family.

You can't beat it!

Keep fit:
- Exercise
- Eat right, especially alkaline food.

Happy
- Laugh loudly 3 times a day
- Think of the positive side of everything

I exercise, eat healthy foods, drink lots of water, limit my stimulants (coffee, alcohol), and get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.
I also treat myself! Every now and then I go shopping for something cute or I go out to eat.

Fresh air, lots of exercise, plenty of sleep, and wholesome food. I also make sure to get out & see friends as often as possible. One night of laughing to tears can erase an entire week of stress.

Sensible diet - lots of fresh fruit and veg, very little 'processed' food, moderate amounts of caffeine and alcohol.
No smoking.
Exercise - swimming, keep fit, walking.
Lots of hobbies and interests.
Being retired!

Homoeopathy!! Suspect there'll be thumbs down to this one - but it's the BEST! I've lived with an incurable heart condition for the last 20 years & homeoopathy has been a great & valuable treatment for me. I know people with similar health problems to me are miserable with their lot as they have no hope - but homoeopathy gives me hope every day.

I usually like to smoke a few packets of ciggys a day then wash them down before bed with a few pints of lager.
