best way for potatoes is to wash them poke them with a fork and put them in the microwave for about 5 minutes...heat the oven to 375 and finish cooking them in the oven....you can cook the tomatoes at the same time and then finish them under the broiler ...cook the steaks on the grill....mmmmmm

potatoes- prick them with a fork. cook on high about 7 min. depending on size. may take a little more time. i wouldn't do tomatoes in the m.w. put them under the broiler with a little italian seasoning.
