Throw yourself back into your life. Make your life count and do things that make you happy. The hardest part of relationships is realizing that something has failed in your life and when you look at the inner you things seem confused. If you take this time to look at what went wrong and the true problems I bet you will find resolution and interesting things going on with your inner self that you never realized.

Go back and try and resolve this issue first, you will feel this incredible sadness for a very long time if you break up. So if it's not so bad, try and work something out, splitting should be your last resort after you've tried everything.

theres always pain involved when we loose someone we love or think we have lost them. but pain is a great teacher, we learn from the pain. best to accept it for what it is, than decide what to do, the pain is caused by not being able to decide what to do, kinda like being in limbo. we have to look at the truth and make a decision about what we want to do and how we want to handle it.

i know, it's hard. but i promise you'll get better. right now, it may seem like nothing in the world is right and nothing ever will be. it's okay to cry your heart out and lock yourself in your room. go out with your friends or family and have fun! watch movies with popcorn, listen to loud music, or even shout into your pillow. just try to have the most fun you can, and you'll eventually realize being single isn't as bad as you thought. you may never forget your ex, but it's okay. memories last forever. you don't have to force yourself to forget about your ex right away. this will take time. i just hope you the best luck to heal your heart.
