When you try to send someone a message, by clicking reply or even "send message" and it says, "This feature is disabled, sorry for the inconvenience" but then when I tried to send a message to someone else, it sent just fine?

It simply means that you need to approach the person whom you want the message to be sent to. Sometimes, our pc knows what human touch is.

You must've been blocked. Well, not necessarily. Could be something wrong with their account.

sometimes that happens to me to and I go back and it works....or they could have blocked you...
