When you take a urine test, they will ask you what kind of medication you have taken. They will note it and if it comes up, they may overlook it because codine is in prescription cold medications. It can go under the name of Tylenol3. Make sure you don't eat any poppy seeds(bagel, roll) either, they come up as opium.
Here's something I found out: if you drink pickle juice, it will mask marijuana. Seriously, a friend of mine did that in order to pass his drug test.

I don't think there's any issue with having codeine in your urine, it's an over the counter drug for headaches and toothache.

I believe it is 24 hours. Marijuana is the only one, I think, that lasts up to 30 days.

Condine is not an illegal drug. I don't know why you would be panicing about that.
