Man will soon see the Power of spiritual things. The False Prophet will do wonders that might deceive the Creators elect.
God's people too will do "exploits"! Signs and wonders. How will we tell the good from the bad?
By thier conversation.
The evil will take credit for what is not thiers. And mock the Creator for not showing Himself.

And what if there isn't? Will you wait around for things to change? Will you discount the power in your own hands?
Will you not counter hate with love? Will you not do whatever it is you can do to alleviate dis-ease, whether it be to volunteer at a hospital, study medicine to seek cures, or make donations to charities that do research? Will you be the changes you want to see?

The assignment of the holy prophets is to help us get closer to The Supreme. Not by acting as healers. That is a side show, to get people to them to listen how they can get closer to Him.
