help plz...?

Question

i don't know what to do now. so like u might of seen the dude on my other questions. well its the same guy. = ) lets call him ace. = ) ok. so a couple of weeks ago i told ace that i liked him. he said that he only wanted to be friends, which is what i wanted to, but just felt like telling him that i liked him. so now its like we're avoiding eachother not talking. like yesterday, i went to a basket ball game at school with my friends. and he was there. so i had to call my dad and tell him i was gonna come home a little later. so i had to walk right by him and when i was walking over backpacks he saw me leave and i got kinda nervous and almost fell. then when i went back i found out it was the last quarter so i walked through the other door when i saw him looking at me. then over the internet i told him a couple of days ago to tell her sister to stop hurting me *lol. we play around and i say that she always hurts me* and he replied "ok!" do you think he's mad or annoyed that i asked?

but then he and his sister always look serious so i don't know if i should joke around. *note: he is older then me by two years and his sister is in the same class as me* so i don't know if i should still talk to him or what. please give me advice to stay his friend because i don't want to loose him as a friend he is nice to talk with. = ) please and thank you.
