The wind is not blowing so hard and the rain is not so heavy and the sun shines a bit longer each day.
..Is it spring or the effects of Global Warming.?

I am in the UK not the USA . the clocks here dont go forward until the last Sunday in March..the 25th this year.
So we are going to be out of by hour or so with America.
Its usualy a 5 hour time difference with New York,

isn't it lovely when spring arrives. Yes its definitely spring.
away with the scarfs and gloves and out with the sandals,and T shirts.

i think of the definitely date is March twenty first or twenty 2nd. it somewhat is meant to be whilst 3 nights in a row the temp is above 10 ranges C. I stay in Windsor that's some hrs away, and it somewhat is been approximately 2 or 3 for the final week or so. So i might anticipate it to heat up in 3 weeks to a month.... ....The temperature right this is unpredictable. We in many situations get snow in early November, this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days we did not get any real blizzard until the tip of January.

Spring is only a few weeks away...so SPRING!! Daylight savings happens this weekend too so dont forget to change the clock foward.

i'm from Romania.the weather is really confusing here.today the sun is shining,brids are singing but tomorrow it can rain with cats and dogs.

i think global warming is the problem....they say that april is going to be as hot as july this year
