scotland or irland because As many as 10% of Scots and Irish people have ginger or strawberry blond hair, while it is thought that up to 35% carry a recessive "ginger gene".

I live in England and live with a guy with red hair, his 2 brothers also have red hair.

Hands off my bf! Lol.
His gingerness comes from Wales, but any of the "celtic" areas have a higher percentage of gingers/red heads than other populations. So try Ireland, Scotland and Wales (and even possibly Brittany in France!)

so typical off most of them to say scotland im scottish and dont have red hair it a sterio type it's not true, you english, irish and welsh all have red haired people as well.

Easier way is to find a guy you like and ask him to dye his hair red.
