His gingerness comes from Wales, but any of the "celtic" areas have a higher percentage of gingers/red heads than other populations. So try Ireland, Scotland and Wales (and even possibly Brittany in France!)

so typical off most of them to say scotland im scottish and dont have red hair it a sterio type it's not true, you english, irish and welsh all have red haired people as well.
