When you try to send someone a message, by clicking reply or even "send message" and it says, "This feature is temporarily disabled, sorry for the inconvenience" but then when I tried to send a message to someone else, it sent just fine?

Yeah, I would say you're blocked or you may have something wrong with your settings as far as a incorrect e-mail addy.

Check the e-mail Id.

sometimes the ID is not their or they gave it to you hoping to still have it, something might have happened so they changed it
