Why is it when a woman gets drunk, vandalises a car, resists arrest and assaults a police officer by grabbing "handfulls of his genitals" she is seen as a victem?

The officer involved clearly made the statement that he hit her as hard as he could so she would let go of his genitals. Is it me or did she get what she deserved? I think she did.

Yet here we are again, because she is coloured its a "Race Thing"

Would there be this uproar if it was a white male? I dont thnk so.

Lets put this in to context, she behaved like a drunken thug, who after being ejected from a night club decided to vandalise someone's car, who when was arrested, resisted.

I hope that the Police Officer involved is soon on the streets again because I would rather have him on the streets then an animals like her.

Just responding to the person who states that she had a "fit". How many epileptics do you know that get pissed, vandalise a car and resist arrest whilst they are having an epileptic fit? I was married to a woman who was epileptic and strangely enough this never happened to her?

Pal28! Just read the statement of the Police officer involved and watch the WHOLE video and I think you may change your point of view.

Or is it that you think I'm a racist for criticising her?

We have a saying round our way that goes "If you want to act like a man,you can get slapped like a man". I don,t agree with violence but if I came out of a club and saw anyone vandalising my car calling the police would be the second thing I would do.This young woman claims to be epileptic but has never been diagnosed or medicated for it. She also claims that she doesn't remember anything after leaving the club. But she was sober enough to sign a statement and refuse medical help. She and her mate drank a bottle of brandy between them BEFORE they went out. Don't know what all the stink is about. It seems to me it's just another case of a drunken, mouthy young girl with no class or sense who got her come uppance.Every time something like this happens,it's because I is black innit! Please! No doubt she will get over it soon as she gets her compensation. Neither my mother nor my sisters would ever behave in this awful way.

I agree completely.
Firstly, the race issue needs to be disregarded completely. Its got nothing to do with race and would have happened whoever was involved.
Secondly, she claims she was having an epileptic fit. Hardly fit to be consuming alcohol then. A poor excuse.
The officer in question did his job (a job many people wouldn't have the guts to even try) and did not exceed or abuse his power. "necessary force" is the phrase used, and if someone had hold of my spuds, they would have got more than a few punches!
How are the police supposed to up-hold the law? By tickling the criminals?
Don't get me wrong, I'm actually against violence, but there is video evidence showing that she needed restraining, and was far more violent than the officer.
He did his job, should he be persecuted because of it? I hope not.

I totally agree with you. She behaved like an animal, so she can hardly complain when she gets treated as one back. Any NORMAL person when told by a PC that he/she is being arrested take the easy option and "come quietly" to the extent of not even needing the 'cuffs, so when this woman - who it turns out was NOT having an epileptic fit as she at first stated and therefore new EXACTLY what she was doing - gets the treatment, she hardly has cause for complaint.
As for this bloke in London - the one who got turned down for promotion to Chief (!) and lives a rather strange life-style, I think he should now be DEMOTED, just for poking his two-pennorth in. It has nothing to do with him WHATSOEVER.

I agree with you totally and I am a black female.

There was an incident in my country where the police was trying to apprehend a school girl who had ran away. She fought of three big police officers trying to get her into the vehicle.

So I can believe that she must have really put up a fight and the officer had to do all he could to restrain her.

I fully agree with you. The woman was fighting like a wild male thug and so forfeited any special rights to gentler treatment as a woman. It seems to me the police man used no more force than was necessary to subdue her. What else could he do?

And yes, if she was a white male we would have heard no more about it. But being a black person, the whole race relations industry has been mobilised. She will be urged to sue the police, she will get the best lawyers and we shall have to pay her £thousands out of public funds.

Naturally as long as it is so profitable to shout "racism" we shall have "racism". This society is sick.

i'm genuinely shocked because of the fact the police have been making the information over the previous 3 hundred and sixty 5 days by technique of being relatively gung-ho. they might desire to possibly have carried out what they carried out to that Brazilian guy on the London Underground final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days while they wrongly theory he grew to become right into a suicide bomber. if that they had in basic terms sat the girl down, shot her in the face seven circumstances and asked questions later then arguably none of this might have befell. that is ordinary saying that with hindsight, nevertheless.

LOL, I just posted a question with very similar sentiments in response to this story too.

What a crock. So as a police officer you are supposed to be a saint and a martyr and allow yourself to be abused and mistreated for fear that some lard-butt sitting at home might view your "handling" of the situation as offensive?

Give me a break. The people complaining are the same weak-kneed imbiciles who would be singing praises if they needed rescuing.

It's all part and parcel of the job and clearly with video there to substantiate what the cop said, and with testimony showing what a "dawg" this woman was, she's got no sympathy from me whatsoever. She made her bed as they say.

And pal, you can see her kick him in the nuts...she was foaming at the mouth...and if anyone spit at me that looked like some mad dog, kneed my groin, tried to disable me my grabbing my nuts, I'd pound her too. It took 3 men to hold her and she was still clawing at the guy. I would have had enough by then too. He was trying to cuff her at that point.

I guess it was ok for her to smash up everyone's cars outside in the parking lot too right? Of course it's all about her colour...poor thing.

Well said Simon.

I have to agree with everything you say.

As she is a coloured, single parent living on benefit, I suppose she is going to try and "milk" this incident for every penny she can get.

It"s only a pity she wasn"t in Spain or America, she would probably in a body bag by now.

Instead we have a devoted officer, relieved from front line duty, and another "scrounger" continuing to live off people like you and me.

The race thing should be thrown out the window.Anyone doing that would receive the same consequences. As far as the fits go,my father had epilepsy and the only thing he could do when he had an attack was roll around on the floor and pray he didn't hurt himself badly.

Here here Simon, well said. There are too many of these "race card" issues going the rounds at the minute--anything from this 'pig' resisting arrest, to young 'bluds' on mobile 'phones driving in their car's actually showing black embossed card's to people as they drive by! Lets have more cops like him who are not prepared to put up with the nonsensical way our government treats these idiots by giving them a slap on the wrist-(and in her case, perhaps a heap of money from the criminal injury's board)-and possibly a meagre fine.....what we saw was what Mr Blair and crony's said at the beginning of their time in office..."tough on crime--tough on the causes of crime"...this is what we all want to see at long last!
