Well my spleen is enlarged so the Doc. says...you think I can drink?

Alcohol weakens the immune system. You need your immune system to fight the mono.
It looks like you are asking for permission from people here to do what you already know is bad for you.

If you have mono, your body is currently trying to fight an infection. If you consume alcohol, your body is gonna use its energy to breakdown and metabolize the alcohol rather than fight the infection. I dont think a couple drinks would hurt. But any doctor probabally wouldn't recommend it.

No. Don't drink alcohol while you have mono. Since the liver is inflammed while you have mono, and alcohol effects the liver you will need to avoid alcohol to give the liver a chance to heal.
