sounds like to me that you should let them all go on holidays together without you. cause i get the feeling that you need to be left behind, i mean right behind the door maybe .so let them have some fun as they would not have any with you around cause it seems that the only person you seem to get on with and don't want to p.ss off is yourself. have a happy life.

Don't do it!! It won't be a holiday for you if you can't relax and if you think you can't stand them now, imagine how you'll feel by the end of the holiday ! Believe in freedom of choice. This is a bit tricky if it's your wife you're talking about here as you won't want to cause offence so you'll have to act tactfully.

how come you find yourself in this position why and what is your wife grabbing ...is it the sort of holiday where you can do your own thing if so can you just grin and bear it just for the journey however if its in a caravan up the lakes a loud resounding no as you would be stuck in a confined space together its your life and realy dont have to do what other peeps want you to do

You don't seem to like even your wife too much. Part of being an adult is doing stuff you don't like. I frequently have to do family things that I truly want nothing to do with. I do them for my wife and the relationship. Telling them all to piss off would be a bad idea...unless you want to be single again.

I'd say if you love your wife, either accept the holiday and go because they are family, or discuss with your wife that maybe you two can have some romantic holiday together. Don't say 'I hate your family p'ss off.' She'll hate you forever.

Well..... I'd accept the offer and go on holiday but spend most of the time away with my husband rather than hang around with the in-laws.
I get the feeling you'd rather go with telling them where to go and groping your wife. :-)
In my opinion doing that would be a bad move but if you are after a single life then go ahead!

Try and come up with some reason for you not going. You only get a few days holiday each year - it would be a shame to waste it on a holiday with the in-laws....

you can either tell your wife that you can't stand her family and dont go or just play along and have a miserable trip. she will be mad but hey, honesty is the best policy! remember, "for better or for worse" you promised to be there for each other for better or for worse,
it's entirely up to you what you want to do!
good luck

If my partners family asked us to go on holiday, i would tell them to P*SS off.
I cant stand them.
I dont think my partner would even dare ask me to go with them he knows how i feel about them.
