Swap with me! I've got unmanagably thick hair that is that unruly i cant grow it more than about 2 inches. Seriously though, i know there are a lot of hair thickening shampoos and conditioners that are worth ago. If you hair is really thin, a longer hairstyle may give the illusion of thickness. If you have longish hair anyway try using styling mousse rather than gel or wax as mousse is usually quite volumising. Avoid colouring your hair (especially bleaching it) as it tends to damage your hair, drying it out and removing lustre. Hope this is helpful

I started taking vitamins and improved my diet. It really is the only sure thing to work. You can take extra C, E and Biotin for hair. It will take a couple months to notice a difference, but you should notice one - unless you're experiencing genetic hair loss.

... hairtranspant? or put in fake hair... or eat more vitamin B.

Or you can use mousse and hairspray on your hair to make it look thicker.

good luck!
