just make 30 sit ups every morning and drink more water. Get rid of carbonated drinks, spicy, salty and fatty food. If you are a liquor drinker, better quit!

Sit up does not help much. You must do anti-gravity exercise like jogging, walking and swimming. Reduce your intake of food and spread your 3 meals into 6 meals

Therefore buy any exercise machine that make you work against gravity.

If you have no back problems and want to do it from home lay down and as you pull yourself up either elbows pointed and hands behind head or even pointing your fingers toward your toes use your stomach muscles and back to bring your torso up, you dont have to come up very high and you will feel the benefits, well it worked for me, good luck.
