It was made of heart. liver, kidney, lites (lungs I think) and the "frill".
Ask me another about heads if you don't feel sick enough already...

Sorry, don`t know, but it reminds me of eating pigs trotters when i was young ( we was poor). there was hardly any meat on them & they made your hands & face greasy & sticky.
