Yes, there are some that do. There are in fact several programs available for teens to get encouragement for just that, True Love Waits beign teh most well known.

Yep, there are Mormons, for example. There are also some programs for teenagers that encourage that. I did not wait until marriage (i am not currently married) but the only person I have ever made love to, is my girlfriend, who I intend to marry.
