1st step... Very carefully remove all burnt kernels from not burnt ones. 2nd step. Take all non burnt kernels an place in an appropriately sized paper bag. 3rd step. Take all burnt kernel and wrap in paper towel. 4 th step. WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME...THROW THE STUFF AWAY AND COOD SOMEMORE :-p

You can't 'fix' it. Just make some more. Or you could pick all the burnt bits off I suppose.
