It's hard topick just one. I like the scenes that ended each storyline.

Brad pitt on the phone with his kids, trying to hold it all together.

The Son smashing the rifle and giving himself up. The look on the cop's face when he realized it was just a boy. The boy's only concern was for his brother.

The balcony scene where father and daughter stop fighting and silently share their bond of sorrow.

The office scene where an unforgiving clerk uses his might to bully the maid. Using her ignorance of the system to "persuade" her not to call a lawyer.

At their core these are all sad truths we will face in one form or another. It is all about who we are and how we come out the other side.

Given the movie's name i would look into the biblical story of the Tower of Babel. I don't think it a coincidence of names.

My favorite scene was when the ending credits rolled. An absolute stinker of a movie.
