Well, in Matthew, Jesus casts demons out of two men and into a herd of pigs with the one-word sentence "Go!" It implies a person (you) and an action (to go) which is a full sentence. But, other than that, it's pretty much agreed upon that "Jesus wept" is the shortest in the Bible. It was when he was standing at the grave of his friend, Lazarus.
