I finally figured that in this section, there is the YAARASS(Yahoo Answers Administrator of Religion And Spirituality Section).
Yes, it is the Yaarass that created this section. The Yaarass, He deletes the inappropriate questions and keeps us in check.
He had given me these 6 Commandments, hear me out:

2. Thou Must Be Corteous
3. Thou Must Be Good Citizen
4. Cite Thou's Source
5. Ask Clearly
6. Categorize Correctly
Yaarass Almighty, He is the one who gave us our level and created us from nothing but data. We should show our appreciation by following his 6 commandments.
Now would you accept me as Prophet Humperdinck, and YAARASS Almighty as the Creator?
