I don't think that it was meant as the absolute singular way to the goal. I think that he meant his path. The bible describes a set of guidelines or milestones to be followed. Most of them are true regardless of what religion they are placed in. And they are mini goals that build on each other. This gives a point to point path for the common man to follow in an attempt to reach God/creator.
Jesus as part of the trinity represents the young student. God represents the old teacher while the spirit indicates the messages/lessons between the 2. In this case he is the only way. Being the student is the only way one becomes the teacher. By listening to the spirit/message.
Words are written in 2 dimesions and we are looking for a 3 dimensional answer.

Jesus said "I am the way, the truth and the life; no one comes to the Father but by me" John 14:6
Jesus made a lot of audacious claims. He was either seriously deluded or He is telling the truth. If you genuinely love God, you also have the promise that He will show you the truth and that if you accept the truth you will be set free.
I believe Jesus is the truth, I believe He is the way and I hope you will come to know Him as your Redeemer.

Jesus is God's way of getting us closer to God himself and Jesus is therefore the only way because he is making it possible for people to be able to get to God and to have a relationship with God. Jesus provided us with an example to follow closely.(1Peter2:21) because he has a perfect relationship with his God and FatherYou can reach the goal of getting closer to God and Jesus by learning the truth about both of them.(John17:3) Jesus is the only way in that he is the one that ias approved by God to teach us the way that is the reason he has provided for us an example of how we can get close to God, like he did.we should not worship Jesus as some people do, but only God should be the one we worship but we can followJesus and his example in the way we live our life and by doing this, we will be pleasing God.Jesus is not of or in this world and he is the one to introduce and pray for us to God. Jesus imitates God in his ways and we should try to also, so because Jesus perfectly imitated his Father and Godhe is the best example for us to have. but making it your goal to get to know God is the best goal you could possibly have because by doing so you will receive the greatest relationship and the greatest friend you could possibly have. I hope that I answered what you were asking to your satisfaction and understood the right way what you were asking, to have answered you the right way.Christian Love to youand pece also.Your goal is a very good one.

According to the Word of God, (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) ...
John 1:1- 14
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him, and without Him was nothing made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness comprehends not the light."
"There was a man sent from God, name John; he was not the Light, but was sent to bear witness to the Light. That was the true Light, which shines on every man that comes into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not. He came unto His own, and His own did not recieve Him."
"But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become children of God; even to them that believe on His name. Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father; full of grace and truth."

I suppose it's healthy to think this way. It helps one get through the "living experience" life brings to you whether you want it or not....But....
The reality is that there is nothingness, absolute complete nothingness when you die. You are a piece of meat, just like a horse or a cow or a squirrel. When you die, that's it buddy. You rot away just like that horse or cow does. I wish it was otherwise, but do not believe it to be so.
You don't remember anything BEFORE you were born do you? Because you didn't exist then, that's why. And you won't remember ANYTHING after your death because at that time, you will cease to exist.
People make up religion because they cannot accept this fact. It is very terrible, which I admit, so they make this stuff up to provide a mental crutch that helps their state of mind while they live their short lives.

I follow you and understand. But the religion teaches you ( not that I agree) God took the form of a human(Jesus) to die for ou sins that we have eternal life. So Jesus is God.

Every religion has people who believe that their God is the only way. I think that it's possible for anyone to get into heaven, because if you believe in it then it exists. That's the beauty of religion. You aren't SUPPOSED to know exactly who gets into heaven and who doesn't, or even if it's real. Religion teaches you based on their holy book. I practice three different religions, and no one will condemn me for it. Just bear in mind that every religion has their own idea of heaven, so it's obvious that Jesus is not the only way, unless you want to get into Christian heaven. Explore your options. Learn about different religions. You'll go far.

Jesus did not ask us to worship him or pray to him, He always tried to glorify His Father.
You can talk to God on your own, but with out Jesus you will be in your sins and your prair will be an abomination to God.
Without Jesus we have no hope for salvation and will parish.

extra effectual asked "what variety of a individual am I?" :) Labels are actually not mandatory. they seem to be a call. we are actually not the labels we've chosen... Merry christmas to you too, and happy new 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. :) "i like your christ, i do unlike your christians, they're so in assessment on your christ." How do you like this one? (Gandhi.) no longer everybody has close kin individuals, relatively, they're in basic terms the different, estranged. Be You. you would be with your self for something of your existence. :) might to boot grow to be your superb pal and maximum reliable kin member, genuinely, no longer egoically.
