Yes, that's a bit old to be sharing baths. Impressions can be made and by that age they are learning right from wrong and thinking about sexual things.
What's wrong with running two baths?
Also excessive gift giving CAN be a sign of sexual abuse because alot of child molesters give gifts to the children to keep them quiet.

it could be a sign but not really. i think they r too old. at school age` they should probably be in their own bath water. there r lots of signs to sexual abuse. asking is the best way to find out

Yes..I think it's too old. Gift giving is not a definitive sign at all. Most signs include emotional changes.
