so this girl works with me. i asked her number before few months ago, but i never called her,, the number was disconnected. but i wasn't that intrested in her that much.
but now i got her number again on monday mar 05.
when should i call her? can i ask her out to hang out with me today(firday) or tomorrow?

Yes, give her a call, but I wouldn't ask her out just yet. Just say "hey, we should get together sometime" and see how she reacts. If she says a date then you are in there. But if she says, "yeah sure" but doesn't inquire any specific time period, then just back off a little and try to look for clues that she is really interested in you. If she says next weekend or something like that, then proceed.

Try the number...ask her out. What does she like to do on her time off...then ask her to do something she enjoys, even if it's shopping. You can always grab a bite to eat at the mall if there's a half decent restaurant. Ask her out at work today for tonight or Sat. night...she what she says. Go from there.

Well you should have called her the day before you wanted to take her out at least. Stupid when should I call games to avoid looking desperate are childsplay. If anything she should be happy you called her soon after getting her number. It shows interest instead of friend zone.

You can call her immediately. She's properly waiting for you to call. She wouldn't have given her telephone number if she didn't want you to phone. Pick up the phone and call her. Do it. You can ask her if she would be interested to go out or you can ask her if you could come over and visit.

Yeah, I would call her pretty soon. You don't want her to think you're not interested. Except of course if she wasn't the one who gave you her number...then I would perhaps text first...just to get the vibe. But there are no rules when it comes to dating...I guess whatever you are comfortable with...less game playing is better :)

Call her up tonight and just talk to her and ask her out tomorrow night. Some advise don't sound desperate just blend it in the conversation .
