You can't spot reduce; you need to reduce your overall body fat.
There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didn’t get cut for Fight Club by drinking green tea, and you won’t either.
Walk for 30 minutes every day, including weekends, Mondays, and Fridays. Do at least 30 minutes of weight training each week. Do 60 minutes of additional, higher intensity cardio each week.
Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Throw out all of your ice cream, chips, cookies, cheese, fried foods, bacon, and candy.
Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. Don’t starve yourself during the day, but if you don't wake up famished, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed.
Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Turn off the TV and the computer. Sleep is vitally important.
Don't consume alcohol—alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation—I’m not debating that—but we’re talking about weight loss here. Quit whining and lay off the booze if you want to lose the belly.
Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isn’t almost clear, then you need to drink more water.
Good luck.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! Eat healthy and exercise.
Cut out junk food and opt for healthier versions of your favorite foods.
Join a swimming or jogging team to hang out with friends and lose weight at the same time.
Remember, if weight loss feels like a job, you won't want to do it. Have fun with your new plan, revel in your weight control. You'll appreciate the weight loss much more if you work for it, and you'll be that much more proud of the sexy results. Good luck.

What you are referring to is commonly known as "spot-reduction", which is not possible. If you burn fat, it is usually distributed throughout the body, but usually the hardest area is the stomach. Doing crunches, side bends or any exercise similar is not going to get rid of the fat as someone suggested. The only way is to do this is through a combination of having a healthy eating plan (a long term, not some diet which people cannot sustain for long periods), including cardio and weight training. I have included the following article which will assist you with your goal. Remember all three will give you the best possible result, so don't neglect any of them!

You better get rid of carbonated drinks. Instead, drink 8-12 glasses of water everyday. Also get rid of sweets, ice cream and chocolates, in particular, spicy, fatty and salty food. Eat only fruits and vegetables. Try it.
I lose weight from 75kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months. Good luck :)

Try to think different:
Don't imagine you want to LOOSE something (weight).
Imagine you want to GAIN something (pride, better looking, easier life, whatever....) and START NOW, don't make plans.
Don't think about DIETING.
Think about LIVING THE BEST LIFE YOU CAN.
CHANGE PERSPECTIVE ON LIFE...

There are tons of supplements these days that boost energy and matabolism to help burn fat. In my opinion, one of the best is a new supplement called the apple patch. You dont have to consume any tablets or substances, its just a simple patch that you wear under your clothing and the vitamins and energy boosters absorb into your body. A freind of mine lost 20lbs in 3 weeks with little or no exercise just by wearing the damn thing! Check it out! http://applepatchdiet.com/da22604

Reduce your intake of refined Carbs, like bread, biscuits and sugar as well as high fat foods like red meat and chocolate. Try replace them with low fat options, like fruit, veg and fish. Sit ups or tummy crunches work well. Try walking everywhere you can instead of driving. Remember to start off slowly and build up carefully, over do it and you could hurt yourself.
Good Luck!
