Need more details.
Which pipeline?
Water supply, sewerage, gas, molasses, high pressure low pressure, domestic, commercial, industrial, under ground, overground etc.etc. .......

For what service application? you need to be more specific. there are many codes to which pipeline design must conform depending on sercice usage. eg. AWWA for water systems, API for petroleum products etc. Then joints, valving, type of flow, temperature of fluid etc will all need to be considered. So state what u are looiking for.
