her sneeze..is still here..neather one of them has been outside..ever..big scabs..along their back..nech..and her head..him..mostly back and sides..her..infested..both..long haired..both inside..both..have the scabs..him later..he..got it from her..again very healthy..both..fat..

Did you rescue these cats from a shelter?
Actually where they came from is not an issue right now, what is an issue is that they both need to go to the Vet ASAP.
If I'm understanding your right they are sneezing, have scabs and have lost hair and another cat they were in with died from something that you're not sure of.
You say they're healthly?
NO, they aren't healthy get them to a Vet NOW!
