Drunks are idiots. They seldom mean what they say and usually don't remember what they say when they get sober.
Do not take his guys calls.
Try to always remember that your phone is for your convenience, not everyone Else's. Only take calls from people you want to talk to.
Just because a phone rings doesn't mean you have to answer.
If he continues to call after you have avoided his calls for a while - report him for harassment.

I agree with the person who said to change your phone number and move on. The only reason this man is calling you is because he's drunk - take it as a sign to let him go. You can find someone better!

It means that he finds you intimidating and can't call you while sober. He has to wait until he's lost a bit of his inhibitions to call you.
Or, it could mean that when he's sober he's actually not that interested in you. Only when he's lost his better judgment, he becomes sentimental and moody.
Advice? If you're the one who broke up, then he probably still likes you and wants to be with you.
If he's the one who broke up, he's just missing you. Maybe you should forget about him and let him get on with life.
Anyway, you should be with someone sober like me. Not me though, I'm taken.

he does that because after drinking and get drunk, he is only looking for someone to have sex with, nothing else. For example - if he was serious he might be calling you in sober mood and not in drunk mood. He still want to use you, thats all. Forget about him, either you scold him or tell him that you will call police or change all your numbers.. suit yourself

IGNORE HIS CALLS. Seriously! In the long run you're just gonna end up hurting yourself. He's drunk, and doesn't realize what he's saying.
I used to say that a person's true feelings come out when they're drunk. That isn't always true!
I'm sure he does miss you...but do not talk to him when he's drunk because he's, well, he's drunk!

A drunk always speaks a sober mind. He does love you but don't let that interfere with your current relationship unless you feel the same

Men have one thing on their mind usually. When they are drunk that one thing is what they focus all their attention on....he's your ex, let him know that you worry about him as a friend but you do not want another call from him when he is drunk. It isn't fair to put you in this position

Yeah, it sounds like unresolved feelings to me. Doesnt sound like your ex has moved on. Alcohol is a disinhebitor after all. If his feeling were of real love then he would tell you he loved you while sober
