seems to be from third world you notice this as
it is customary there for women not to show happiness after doing sex otherwise they would not be considered of good moral(i am a bit exaggerating things but it is there)
secondly here the male takes pride in hurting women as he thinks this is what man like
i would love to have a feed back either endorsing my views or rejecting it especially for the location /area i guessed

Two reasons: One, they want to give u a treat. Two, They don,t even know they are making such noice! They are in cloud nine and sort of saying oh.oh what a pleasure, don,t stop, oh my God, what an experience! It is a mixture of pain and pleasure.

Because many times we are in pain - the clitoris actually gets too stimulated. This leads to pain, yet a ton of pleasure - so we keep screaming out in pain/joy to keep you content with yourself................
