Do you buy it on a subscription basis or just order it when you are running low? Is it fish oil or flax oil or something else? Also, how long have you been taking it and would recommend it to others? I know, lots of Q's but you have to admire my cunning. Thank you. P

I live in France but I am English. Omega 3 is more expensive here and so I order by post from England. Even after postage I find it cheaper.

I use wellbeing.com. They are efficient, fast and good value. Their Web Site is easy to navigate and they have an account system which allows you to consult your previous orders and repeat.

Omega 3 is just like a vitamin supplement, in the sense that you can get it in different forms, over the counter from plenty of places.
Omega 3 is a fatty acid found in fish oil. You can get it in supermarkets in yoghurts (such as muller vitality) or in capsule form, you can buy it in boots on its own or with cod liver oil or glucosamine. You can eat it in a healty diet in oily fish such as sardines, salmon etc & also in some cooking oils.
It depends what you want it for, I take it in with glucosamine for my joints but it is known to help heart disease, depression/bi polar disorders. I haven't noticed any change after taking it for about 2 weeks, but Ive not been sick either.
Id say it was more a prevention than a cure.
