Maybe u're coming to strong unto them. Take a breather and relax. If the next time you meet a girl which u fancy, smile to her. If she smiles back then slowly make casual conversation and then offer her your friendship. If things work out and u feel that u want to upgrade the friendship to relationship, then tell her how you feel towards her and if she's ok with it, ask her out. Don't ever rush into things or be pushy.

Okay.. you're shooting yourself in the foot here.
Before you do that (asking them to be your girl), you need to establish a mutual friendship first as in... the two of you have to be going out on dates first, and build conversations and all that... you can't just go to her and pop the question.. that's why they'll turn you down (fool)

you may eventually get fed up, but don't get angry.
cos just like u had the choice to ask anyone but you chose to ask them, they also had the choice to say no to whoever they choose.
it may be you chose your girls for the wrong reasons. one thing i'm sure of is that there is always someone NEARBY who likes you for who and what you are.
